Welcome to workplacetraining.org.uk, the home of Workplace Training, the complete development solution for workplace trainers.  Very soon, all trainers delivering publicly funded training,, such as apprenticeships or Train to Gain will have to hold a training qualification. Workplace Training gives the background and skills needed for all current level 3 national qualifications in training as well as the LLUK standards.  It is the only complete, flexible and entirely free set of resources in the UK for this purpose.

Is it really free?

Yes – the resources available on workplacetraining.org.uk were developed by the Royal Artillery Centre for Personal Development, a work-based training provider with Beacon status, with funding from the Department for Education and Skills Standards Unit. They are freely available to anyone wishing to improve the performance of workplace trainers.

Can anyone use Workplace Training?

Yes – individuals can use Workplace Training as self-study materials, and organisations can use the resources to deliver training to their own or to other organisations’ staff. There are no restrictions on how Workplace Training is used, Providers of trainer training may use the resources for commercial training programmes. However, the resources themselves may not be resold, rented out or adapted in any way and the copyright must be acknowledged..
